Guide för framgångsrika projekt med bara ett fysiskt möte

Internationella projekt har alltid inneburit många resor till möten och konferenser men modellen är ju inte hållbar längre. The ONE project (ett Erasmus+ projekt så klart!) har tagit fram en praktisk guide om hur man planerar effektiva projekt med endast ett fysiskt möte, Virtual collaboration toolkit. 

Guiden riktar sig främst till projektledare för nationella och internationella utbildningsprojekt som vill utnyttja digitala plattformar och verktyg på ett effektivt sätt för att minimera resande.

The objective of the ONE Meeting Project is to support Higher Education Institutions and other project partners in transitioning to a new model of cooperation that hinges on meeting face-to-face just once during the lifetime of a project.

The ONE Meeting Methodology favours a more dynamic and digital form of collaboration which is real-time and teamwork-oriented.

By making the most of existing digital collaborative tools, we strive to increase the levels of inclusion, knowledge exchange and institutional capacity-building that transnational education projects can achieve.

Beredskap och flexibilitet är två nyckelord i guiden. Vi vet idag att vi måste vara beredda på oförutsedda och snabba förändringar och behöver därför att bygga in beredskap i projektplaneringen. Effektiv kommunikation behövs för att alla ska känna sig delaktiga och digitala verktyg och plattformar ska vara tillgängliga och anpassade efter behov.
