Öppna lärresurser blir lag i Sao Paolo
Regeringen i den brasilianska delstaten Sao Paolo har godkänt ny lagstiftning som kräver att all undervisningsmaterial som tas fram med statliga medel (av lärare eller statliga projekt) ska publiceras fritt på nätet med Creative Commons licens. Detta är ett banbrytande besked som kan säkert inspirera andra utbildningsmyndigheter.
